  • All Gandolfi garments and Gandolfi shoes sold online are manufactured in our factory in England.

  • We will normally process your order within 2 working days, however please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery as some of the garments, ballet shoes and Scottish dance shoes will be made to order.

  • Orders over £80.00 – Free delivery

*Please note that orders to these locations will be subject to your own local jurisdiction's custom/import charges, and this applies irrespective of the value of the order. These are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon receipt of the parcel. E.Gandolfi Ltd are not responsible for these costs and cannot control the level of custom charges per individual country. In the event that a parcel is refused and returned to Gandolfi due to not paying the charge, the cost of this return delivery will be deducted from the final refund given to the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

If any picking errors occur please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of the order.

​

We take pride in only using high quality fabrics and leathers to make our garments and shoes, however should you not be completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund (minus shipping paid) within 14 days of receipt. This is provided that you have notified us by e-mail at gandolfidance@yahoo.com, items must be in new and perfect condition, in original packaging with tags still attached. All returned items go through a rigorous check process. If any marks, stains or signs of wear are identified the item will be returned to the customer without a refund.

We do not cover the cost to return items to us - the customer is liable for this expense. We recommend getting a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. 

​

Refunds can take up to 2 weeks due to processing.

​

When trying on ballet shoes please make sure you try them on carpet as not to mark the soles. We will not refund if soles are marked.

Foil and Metallic materials may fade, dull or peel with wear and repeated washing. This is not a fault but consistent with fair wear and tear.

What we will not refund or accept returns for

  • Ballet shoes if soles are marked and dirty.

  • Tights and underwear if the packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.

  • Made to order garments.
